We reserve the right to change the delivery price quoted for your order on the website at any time.  You will be notified immediately if this is the case and no additional charges will be made without your approval.  If you do not agree to the change in delivery price we will allow you to cancel the order and provide a full refund. 


Correct address details including street numbers, names and area with postal code are essential for deliveries. Wrong delivery address will result in additional cost to you, if the delivery can not be made and is returned to us.  In this case, you will be contacted by us for the correct address and an additional delivery cost will be charged to your credit card. Phone numbers are essential for deliveries to Rural areas. We can not guarantee delivery without a contact phone number.


Payment for your order will be processed before the delivery is made. If the payment is declined, the delivery will not take place.


Every effort will be made to deliver your order within 7 days. You will be contacted by us if we are unable to meet this deadline.


Any custom made bouquet or arrangement of any type is not able to be returned or exchanged.


Wedding flowers may not be returned or exchanged.


 Any dissatisfaction or complaint must be received by us within 24 hours of delivery. Every attempt will be made to rectify the problem, but the goods must be returned to us in the same packaging that they were received in before a resolution can take place.
